Accounts
When you to import the file, Accounted will automatically import the information in the file, automatically filling in anything that isn't in the file with defaults.

Transactions
Importing transactions are slightly different. When you import transactions, if the Account To or Account From names don't exactly match an Account name in your Accounted Data, a window will appear allowing you to select which Account you'd like to import the items to. Also, if the items have a Payee that is not in your Accounted data, Account will automatically create a new payee with the same name as the imported item.
