Importing From PayPal History Page
Accounted 2.0 gives the new ability to easily import PayPal transactions without needing to download logs as IIF or QIF files. You can now simply navigate to your PayPal Account's history page and copy and paste information from the history page into Accounted using the following steps:

1. In your web browser, navigate to your PayPal history page.
2. Select the entire row of the transactions you'd like to import (see screenshot). Make sure you get all columns in every applicable row to ensure no data is lost. Please note that it is not recommended to import transfers to your bank account, as this import mode is intended for income accounts only.

3. Copy the selected data, and then navigate to Accounted's menu File > Import > PayPal History Page > Transactions From PayPal History Page...
4. Paste the copied data into the available box and press the Next button
5. Accounted will then automatically split the content into columns and rows. If it is not appearing correctly go back and try recopying the data from your browser. If it is appearing correctly, press the Next button. You can also remove unwanted rows in this step.
6. The final step only needs to be setup once for each machine. You will need to select which accounts be used as the PayPal Account, Income Account, ad PayPal Fees accounts. In the bottom section of the window, select each row and assign the appropriate row type. See the picture below for the standard PayPal setup. All of these settings will be stored for the next time you use the PayPal import.
