Reports are used to view periodic totals for Accounts. Reports are a great way of showing income vs expense data for tax purposes, for example.
To open a new report window, select the Reports menu and select the report you'd like to see. Report types are explained in the next section: Report Types. You can select whether to show individual transaction items, or just simply the total for each account in the report. You can also select the date range for the report using the date popup, or enter a custom date range in the edit fields below the date range popup. |
