Studiometry and Accounted Updates

Studiometry 6.1.5 and Accounted 2.0.2 have both been released today. These are both free updates for registered users and can be downloaded now from the usual download links.

Accounted Nightly Builds Now Available

Just like the Studiometry nightly builds, we now have a section dedicated to Accounted nightly builds. These are pre-releases intended to get updates and requests out as soon as possible for testing and use.

These builds will require registration just the same as any other Accounted version. They will also technically be considered the same as the current official release version (for example: Accounted 2.0.1 pre-release will be Accounted 2.0nb, while Accounted 2.1.2 pre-release would be Accounted 2.1.1nb) so that you can still be alerted when the final version is released.

Studiometry and Accounted Updates

Small updates have been release for both Studiometry and Accounted. Studiometry 5.0.2 is a free update for registered users of Studiometry 5.x. Accounted 1.0.1 is a free update for registered users of Accounted 1.x.

New In Studiometry 5.0.2:
- Fixed an issue where multi-page templates would sometimes not calculate the correct number of pages
- Can now add To Do suites starting on a future or past date
- Fixed issue with "Calculate Equations" option causing problems on machines with commas as the decimal point
- Fixed an issue where the main window wouldn't come up on launch if you had a password lock on
- Will now correctly show non-live projects that match the search string when there is a search entered in the search window
- Fixed a crash that could occur in the search window when typing in a search string

- Will now maintain sort order when reloading the items in the Recurring Transactions window

Accounted 1.0b2 Update Available

Accounted 1.0b2 adds a couple features and fixes up a few small bugs
to bring Accounted closer to the 1.0 release.

- Added new preference for behavior at end of line when tabbing
through fields in the New Transaction window (see Prefs > Program
Behavior)
- Help Menu > Accounted Help will now take you to the Accounted Help
Files
- Clicking the "Beginners Tutorial" link when setting up a company
will now take you to the correct page
- Orders accounts by type more strictly in account lists

Oranged Software announces Accounted

Oranged Software is proud to introduce a new member to our software lineup: Accounted. Accounted is a powerful solution with many of the features seen in more expense accounting programs, but with the ease of use of a much smaller application. Powerful features such as double entry accounting, accounts receivable/payable, split transactions, and check printing are included. But we also focused on the interface and user experience. Accounted includes many small touches, such as the "totals ticker" that instantly shows several totals at the bottom of each account. You could easily, for example, view and compare the total income of a certain account for this month, last month, this fiscal quarter, this fiscal year and more without making any mouse clicks.

Studiometry 4.1.6 Released

Studiometry 4.1.6 is a small update the week before Studiometry 5.0 will be released. This update adds compatibility with Oranged Software's new accounting product: Accounted. Another post dedicated to Accounted will be up soon after this. This update also allows you to go between 4.x and 5.x with the same data.

- Fixed a small issue with exporting the To Do tracker to text
- Can now properly load Studiometry 5.x data files
