User Forums Are Back!

After a few years without user forums, we've recreated the user forums and plan on building a more open community of Studiometry and Accounted users!

The forums are available here:
http://www.oranged.net/forums/

Also, if you're interested in signing up for the Studiometry 7 beta, this will be done through the new forums. More information is available here:

Accounted Nightly Builds Now Available

Just like the Studiometry nightly builds, we now have a section dedicated to Accounted nightly builds. These are pre-releases intended to get updates and requests out as soon as possible for testing and use.

These builds will require registration just the same as any other Accounted version. They will also technically be considered the same as the current official release version (for example: Accounted 2.0.1 pre-release will be Accounted 2.0nb, while Accounted 2.1.2 pre-release would be Accounted 2.1.1nb) so that you can still be alerted when the final version is released.

The nightly builds page is available here:
http://www.oranged.net/accounted/nightly

And for good measure, a re-link to the Studiometry nightly builds:

Commenting Now Available on Nightly Builds

We've added the ability to comment on Studiometry Nightly Builds to help us - and the community - further the development of Studiometry. If you're using the Nightly Builds, we highly recommend using the Comments section of the Nightly Builds when you run into any issues OR if they work perfectly for you. As always, the more feedback the better!

Studiometry Nightly Builds Now Available

We're happy to announce that we've added a new section to our Studiometry website, Studiometry Nightly Build, which allows us to get fixes out quicker to the users who need them. These won't be truly "nightly," as there won't be an update every single night, but they will be updated whenever a stable build is available that contains updates or fixes that users need.

These builds will require registration just the same as any other Studiometry version. They will also technically be considered the same as the current official release version (for example: Studiometry 6.1.1 pre-release will be Studiometry 6.1nb, while Studiometry 6.1.2 pre-release would be Studiometry 6.1.1nb) so that you can still be alerted when the final version is released.

The nightly builds page is available here:

Oranged Support Site Updated

We have updated the version of our support ticket software used at:
http://support.oranged.net

The new version allows users to re-open closed tickets, merge tickets, and also should fix a few issues users have been having with the support ticket site.

In our testing of the new version, we have had issues with the Knowledge Base and specific Knowledge Base articles on Safari and Firefox on Mac, and we are working with the developer of the software to remedy these issues quickly.

Issues aside, we highly recommend the product and have been using it as part of our Studiometry support for over two years. More information on this product can be found at:

Helpful Areas of the Oranged Software Website

There are a few areas of the Oranged Software website that you may not have noticed.

The Studiometry archives contain almost every single version of Studiometry that has been released. If you ever need to download an older version of Studiometry, the archives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you ever lose your serial number(s) or would like a consolidated list of all of your numbers, you can use the Serial Number Lookup page. This page will give you access to Studiometry serial numbers all the way back to version 2. The form will send your serial numbers to the registered email address used when purchasing the licenses.
