Oranged Software Refund Policy
NOTE: Only refunds requested within 30 days of purchase will be considered. Upgrades and trial extensions are non-refundable.

Before contacting Oranged Software you will need:
  • The reference number for your purchase, found on the e-mailed receipt;
  • The license and serial numbers purchased;
  • Your mailing address; and
  • A brief comment on why you would like to be refunded.


Your request will typically be processed within 28 days of receipt of this claim. If the purchase was made online via PayPal or Credit Card, the appropriate account will be refunded. All other payment methods will be refunded via check.

Oranged Software is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates between the original purchase date and the refund date. The exchange rate given on each transaction will be the current exchange rate for the day of the transaction.
