  • Telephone and/or e-mail correspondence continues until the incident is successfully resolved; it is not necessarily limited to a single telephone call or e-mail.
  • Typical response time is the same day. Guaranteed response by the next business day.
  • Please contact us regarding your support issue after you've purchased your incident.
