We offer several solutions of in-office and web-based training for your company. You have two choices for training: online or on-site. For a quote, please contact us by creating a support ticket.

Studiometry/Accounted Online Training

Contact us for a Quote. Advance preparation and follow-up sessions run at the same hourly rate. One Staff Member will be available.

  • One-on-One Studiometry training with an Oranged Staff member.
  • Basic and Advanced Studiometry User Training is provided.
  • Question and Answer session is conducted.
  • Assistance with developing work flow procedures essential to successful utilization of Studiometry/Accounted.
  • Guidance on creating invoice templates for the various phases you have associated with projects.

Preparation leading up to the online session would include a generalized Studiometry workflow procedure.

Studiometry/Accounted On-Site Training

Contact us for a Quote. Follow up online sessions are available. Travel Expenses are billed to the client. Preparation leading up to our arrival at your office would include Studiometry workflow procedures outlined for each individual staff member, important documentation, and individual settings customization. The set-up of Studiometry across your network could then be performed and/or customized by us for your particular workflow procedures. If necessary any network troubleshooting could be done by us as well. A more comprehensive session can take place as you would have two staff members on site; one member from the Development team and another from the Customer Support Team.

Paid support options are meant to help you resolve specific issues or questions about the software that cannot be resolved via our free tech support options. Paid support options cannot be used for extensive or in depth training of our products. If you are considering in-office or web-based training, please see the training options above.

Pay Per Incident

  • Initiate a single support incident using tech support phone number or our online web form.
  • Telephone and/or e-mail correspondence continues until the incident is successfully resolved; it is not necessarily limited to a single telephone call or e-mail.
  • Typical response time is the same day. Guaranteed response by the next business day.
  • Please contact us regarding your support issue after you’ve purchased your incident.

3 Month Unlimited

  • Unlimited incidents for 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • One principal contact person designated for the support plan.

1 Year Unlimited

  • Unlimited incidents for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • One principal contact person designated for the support plan.
